Terra Deyo

Director of Communications and Registration

Terra started out as a competitive gymnast and complimented her training with dance classes. At age 9, she left gymnastics and began ballet and jazz dance training with the Williamsport Civic Ballet. For the next 14 years, she was part of the corps de ballet and a soloist with the Williamsport Civic Ballet Company. Terra also attended summer intensives at Ballet Theatre Pennsylvania, numerous master classes, and was offered a scholarship to Goucher College’s dance program at age 16.

Terra began instructing gymnastics when she was 15 and was an instructional

paraprofessional at Easterly Parkway Elementary for nine years. She has been teaching beginning ballet at PASCP since fall of 2011 and has been the Office Manager since fall of 2020. She is also an Administrative Support Assistant at Penn State.

Terra lives in State College with her husband, Chris, and their two children, Tanner and Micah.
