Becca Beck

School Director

Becca Beck grew up in Columbus, GA and began her dance training at age 3 after seeing a ballerina on Sesame Street perform. She attended the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC, where she earned a BA in Theatre Performance with a minor in Dance. She has taught as a traveling early childhood dance educator for Creative Movement and Dance in Atlanta, GA and Little People's Creative Workshop in Hampton Roads, VA. Over the years she has taught ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and theatre classes for ages 3-Adults at Arts Ballet Academy (Newport News, VA), Eastern Virginia School for the Performing Arts (Williamsburg, VA), Kennedy Dance Centre (Bellefonte, PA).

Becca joined the faculty at PASCP in 2017 and has been delighted to bring her love for early childhood dance to the students at this school. She has shaped the Children’s Division syllabus in her role as the Director of Children’s Division and continues to foster that program. Becca has taught theater classes for the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival, The Springer Theater Academy (Columbus, GA), Rose of Athens Theater Academy (Athens, GA), Mad River Theater Academy (Bellfontaine, OH), and State College Community Theater Academy. As well as choreographing for Rose of Athens Theater and State College Community Theater.
