Volunteers Needed
November 6th, 2026

Thank you so much to everyone who has already signed up to volunteer. We are excited to have all of you joining us in helping make the magic of Nutcracker.

We still have many spots that need to be filled on Saturday and Sunday, including Gift Table Sales spots on Saturday that do not require clearances!

If you haven't already volunteered, please see if you can fill in any of the open spots on Sign Up.

In order to volunteer with the dancers, we will need copies of your clearances. The child abuse and PA State Police clearances are free for volunteers and are good for five years. If you have lived outside of Pennsylvania in the past ten years, you will also need your FBI clearances. Links to the clearances are here: https://www.dhs.pa.gov/KeepKidsSafe/Clearances/Pages/default.aspx. If you have provided clearances to us in the past, and they are not expired, we won't need them again. Feel free to email us if you aren't sure. You will need our phone number for the PA State Police one. It is 814-234-4961. Please email or give copies of your clearances to someone at the front desk by December 1st. If you volunteer for Gift Table Sales and/or Loadout Crew, you will not need clearances.

Thank you again,

Nittany Ballet Team
